Eileen is a Christian and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who integrates her faith with her clinical practice. She has a wide variety of experience including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital care, medical social work, and school social work.

She is committed to building a relationship with both individuals and couples that will support growth and healing.  With couples, she works to help couples build stronger friendships, and start working towards healthy compromise and increased intimacy using Gottman Method Couples Therapy with evidence-based clinical interventions.  With individuals, she predominately uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

As the wife of a 26-year military veteran, she has a passion for helping military couples navigate their unique challenges.  She works with couples, families, and individuals to build and maintain relationships.  She has volunteered with the Returning Warrior Program since 2013, assisting military reservists address the stresses of reintegration and reunion after deployments.

She works to provide a trusting, warm, and supportive relationship with her clients, incorporating biblical principles.  She helps clients understand past and current patterns to foster growth, so they can understand themselves and others.  She is committed to helping couples build a solid foundation for strong marriages in a manner that creates lasting change.

Eileen received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California and her Master of Social Work degree from San Diego State University.
