Do you often feel you are not heard? Or do you feel that when you and your spouse or someone else important in your life begin to talk over a problem, the two of you find yourselves in a destructive dance? Anxiety rises, triggering your fight or flight response, followed by criticism, and contemptible actions such as sarcasm, one or both of you become defensive, and then one or both of you shut down? Do you want to restore your emotional connection?

    Welcome! I can help.

    How?

Firstly, I will help you examine the dichotomy of your “dance” which has developed into a pattern of destructive behaviors.

Secondly, I go to work, teaching you great communication skills and tools, supporting a restored emotional connection, and producing the “best dance” of your lives.
